It takes a Village

For Tim Boylan, South Florida has always been home. From his early days learning the marine canvas trade to building his own successful business, Tim’s story has been shaped by hard work, craftsmanship, and a deep connection to the Miami community.

After decades working throughout South Florida and around the world, Tim found another place to call home in Virginia Gardens. As a longtime resident, he has come to appreciate what makes the village special—the people, the character, and the sense of community that brings neighbors together.

For Tim, Virginia Gardens isn’t just where he lives. It’s home. And it takes a village.
